TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- A signed copy of this contract should be mailed to the Junior League of Monroe or emailed to funddevelopmentvp@jlmonroe.org
- If payment is not submitted with this agreement, an invoice will be issued. Payment can be made online at https://www.jlmonroe.org/sponsorships/ with credit card. We can also accept check, money order or credit card by mail. Checks should be made payable to the Junior League of Monroe, Inc. To ensure your company receives all the benefits associated with the chosen level of sponsorship, payment must be received by January.
- If your company receives a complimentary advertisement in Charlons Magazine as a sponsorship benefit, you will need to send your business logos to funddevelopmentvp@jlmonroe.org. Ads should be in pdf or jpeg formats.
- No refunds will be made at any time.
Spring Market Sponsor Levels
Title Sponsor $8,000
The Title Sponsor of Spring Market puts your company front and center on all Spring Market marketing! Your company will be featured on the event poster, which is distributed to 100+ local businesses, on 100+ yard signs, on GA tickets, which we sell 2,000+ each year, and across all of our social media platforms!
Preview Party $5,000
The Preview Party is a premium, cocktail event that offers shoppers the very first look at what Spring Market has to offer! The event will include drinks, catered food, live music, and door prizes. We entertain approximately 350 shoppers during this exclusive “first look” event!
Market-Rita Madness $5,000
Market-Rita Madness is our most popular event that features Iron Cactus’ famous margaritas! Also included at this event is live entertainment, catered food, and door prizes. We entertain approximately 700 shoppers during this 4-hour event alone!
Spring Fling $2,500
Spring Fling is held on our final day of Spring Market & is included in our General Shopping ticket price. We feature hands-on children’s activities, a bounce house, and more!
Raffle $8,000
The Raffle Sponsor receives a prime advertising opportunity as our exclusive Spring Market Raffle Sponsor. Your company will be featured on our raffle
poster—distributed to hundreds of local businesses—on the raffle ticket, which we sell between 500 and 1,000 each year, and across all of our social media platforms.

The Junior League of Monroe also offers In-Kind Donations and Sponsorships.
In-Kind Donations and Sponsorships allows the Junior League of Monroe to host events throughout the year while maximizing our proceeds from each event (which means more money for JLM to donate to our causes).
We are in need of a variety of In-Kind Donations throughout the year for Community and Annual Events.
